Topsail is pleased to offer a Wine & Food Harmonising event, with superb wines and delicious dishes by The Wine & Food Academy. This new tasting event, created by The Wine & Food Academy, is a great wine and dining package for epicureans, wine connoisseurs and beginners alike. The Harmonising Wines & Foods event consists of a tutored wine tasting, including Champagne reception, and a three course lunch or dinner with wine. The event illustrates how to evaluate a wine, how to differentiate between the main grape varieties and shows which wines best accompany food. It is a fun and informal occasion with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Wine and food is supplied by The Wine & Food Academy, together with Topsail’s Event Managers plus a team of tutors and chefs looking after you throughout the evening.
